About This Course

Your child’s passion for Minecraft will be their greatest learning advantage in this fun-filled camp!

Your child will collaborate with friends and explore the world of circuitry with Minecraft’s Redstone - a red powder that can activate doors, open walls, and even power a computer (analogous to our real-world resource, electricity!).

In this course, your child will:

• Explore basic circuitry concepts with interactive discovery-based learning
• Learn the basics of block coding as they create their own Minecraft mods
• Strengthen their creative thinking as they use Minecraft’s tools and resources to build projects
• Develop valuable STEM skills as they use logic structures to engineer simple machinery such as automatic doors and combination locks
• Improve their problem-solving skills as they revise their work and fix errors that come up
• Present their amazing designs to their classmates
• Collaborate with friends who share a common interest
• Have an absolute blast!
