Ages: 10-14

Skill Level: Prerequisite – Code Builders or equivalent experience in block coding (you may contact us through email if you would like to confirm).

Type of Program: Progressive Coding

Length of Course:9 am (8:30 am early drop off) - 4 pm (4:30 pm late pick up)

 

About This Course

Your child will take their coding and problem-solving skills to the next level with a “grown-up” language! Your kid will learn the basics of the Python programming language along with Jupyter Notebooks — the same modern tools used by universities and technology companies.

In this course, your child will

  • Learn coding and computer concepts such as basic data types, basic arithmetic operations, control flows, variables, loops, and debugging
  • Improve their number-sense skills as our course incorporates concepts from the math curriculum, using technology
  • Improve their problem solving and logic skills as advanced instructors guide them through the fundamentals of computers, computing science, and coding
  • Meet friends who share a common interest
  • Have an absolute blast!
