Length of Course: 5 days; 9 am (8:30 am early drop off) - 4 pm (4:30 pm late pick up)

 

About This Course

For ages 6-9, your child will learn about technology, digital literacy, online safety, and problem solving with block coding program. Your child will create animated stories and games to build a foundation in computational thinking.

In this course, your child will:

  • Learn coding concepts such as algorithms, sequencing, events, conditionals
  • Learn problem solving with a block programming language
  • Create their own games
  • Explore other computer topics such as: digital images and AI
  • Explore the inside of a computer and get to know computer Hardware basics
  • Meet friends who share a common interest
  • Have an absolute blast!
