COVID-19 updates (March 17, 2020):
Alberta declared a state of emergency under the Public Health Act. All spring break camps are currently cancelled.
This is a full-week Spring Break program for kids aged 5 to 7 (grades K to 2) to discover the fundamentals of coding, problem solving, and having creative fun with technology. Students will have fun learning to problem solve and express creativity with visual block coding and a variety of technologies.
We teach early coding concepts and problem solving using a combination of plugged and unplugged activities. They will have so much fun they won’t even realize they are building new 21st Century skills at the same time!

Students just come with prepared to learn, code and create. All technology will be provided.
Returning students will be challenged to build on their existing knowledge and projects with more advanced concepts.
We do not spend the entire class in front of a screen! We emphasize offline and physical activities as well. Physical activity breaks will be provided by instructors from Quantum Leap Dance studios across the hall (specific activity to be determined).

Participants must be 5 years to 7 years old when the program starts.
