Code Discoverers @ DCHQ Jul 8

This is a week-long program is for kids aged 5 to 7 (grades K to 2). Students will have fun learning to problem solve and express creativity with visual block coding and technology.

We teach early coding concepts and problem solving using a combination of plugged and unplugged activities.  

Some of the many coding concepts students will learn include:

• Sequencing
• Logic
• Simple Conditionals
• Simple Loops

We keep kids engaged with so much fun they won’t even realize they are building new 21st Century skills at the same time!

Summer Camp Special:

• For this camp, we've also partnered with Quantum Leap Dance to incorporate physical activity in between our coding sessions. Students will get classes in Fortnite Hip-Hop and Intro to Taekwondo!

Class times:

• Class starts at 9:00 AM (early drop-off starting at 8:30 AM)
• Class ends at 4:00 PM (late pick-up until 4:30 PM)
